How Ponder uses, stores and protects your content
Using Ponder does not change any rights you already hold in the material you submit. This does not mean that you own third-party publications or that every AI-generated output qualifies for intellectual-property protection.
Your content is not used to train AI models
Under Ponder's Privacy Policy, we do not use your content to train or fine-tune AI models. The policy also states that our third-party AI providers are subject to terms prohibiting the use of submitted user data for model training.
We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell your personal data. To deliver an AI feature you request, Ponder may send relevant content to third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. This processing is not sharing for advertising or marketing purposes.
How your data is stored and protected
- Hosting: Ponder is hosted on AWS, with enterprise-grade reliability and redundancy.
- Encryption: data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. All traffic runs over HTTPS/TLS.
- Isolation: each account's workspace is isolated and not shared with other accounts.
- Sign-in: Google sign-in and email sign-in are supported.
Storage and deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes temporary storage of uploaded files as needed to generate results, and storage in your account when you choose to save them. You can remove uploaded files through your dashboard or contact info@ponder.ing to request account deletion.
